Charlie Sheen was back in Aspen, Colorado, today to face charges for his Christmas Day attack on wife Brooke Mueller. The actor was charged with felony menacing, misdemeanor third degree assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief. He has not yet entered a plea, which means his lawyer is probably going to try for a plea bargain.
The judge relaxed the protective order that was issued on the day of the altercation, so Charlie and Brooke are now free to communicate with each other. The pair shared a hug following the hearing. You just know these two will be back together before long—ready for more drinking and fighting.
